Q. What age range is Let’s Play Hull suitable for?
Let’s Play Hull is designed for children aged 0-7 years. Our fantasy-themed role-play rooms are perfect for ages 1-7, and we have a dedicated baby sensory and soft play area for newborns to 2-year-olds.
Q. Do I need to book in advance?
We strongly recommend pre-booking your play session online to avoid disappointment, as we have limited capacity per session to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all children. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but we cannot always guarantee entry.
Q. How long are the play sessions?
Each play session lasts 90 minutes, giving your little ones plenty of time to explore, imagine, and have fun.
Q. What are your opening hours?
We’re open 7 days a week with the following play session times:
Monday – Friday:
9:30am – 11:00am
11:30am – 1:00pm
1:30pm – 3:00pm
(Friday only: extra session at 3:30pm – 5:00pm)
Saturday & Sunday:
9:30am – 11:00am
11:30am – 1:00pm
1:30pm – 3:00pm
3:30pm – 5:00pm
We kindly ask guests to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their session start time to allow us to clean and reset the play area.
Q. How much does it cost to visit Let’s Play Hull?
Our admission prices are:
Children (1-7 years) – £7.00
Babies (0-11 months) – £5.00
Adults – £2.00
We also offer concessions for childminders and nurseries – please email us with evidence and the number of children attending, and we’ll send you details of our discount package.
Q. Is there parking available?
Yes! There is plenty of free on-street and side street parking near Let’s Play Hull. We’re located opposite East Park on Holderness Road, making it easy to visit before or after a lovely stroll in the park.
Q. Do you have a café?
Yes! Our on-site café serves a selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, toasties, paninis, and sweet treats. We also have a Little Adventurer’s Snack Box for children, which includes a sandwich, crisps, a biscuit, and a drink. We’re happy to cater for food allergies and intolerances – just ask a member of our team before ordering.
Q. Are your staff trained and DBS-checked?
Yes! All staff members at Let’s Play Hull are fully DBS-checked and hold a Level 2 health and hygiene qualification. Safety and hygiene are our top priorities, ensuring a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
